Optical Reverb is a concept that was born in 2002 by Jason Zacharias and Keith Ladzinski. It was a network of photographers, writers, painters, sculptors, and various art enthusiasts in Colorado. The idea started out small, more of a reason to connect with artists that were passionate about creating, people of like mind. Jason took to the call with a fire, and within the first few months had a gallery space and began curating and hosting art shows in the Colorado Springs area. The network of artists quickly grew into the hundreds, and with it the out reach of a community thousands. Jason’s efforts were clear, and soon he was doing spots on local radio, TV, and hanging shows on the Front Range of Colorado. He was more then to committed to the concept through a love that was purely intrinsic. We lost Jason in 2009, and although he is and will always be deeply missed, his memory lives on forever.
